The room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. As a nice touch, bottles of water were provided every day. The staff was friendly and helpful, check in and check out simple and efficient. The breakfast buffet is incredible. The location next to a shopping mall and the train station is very convenient especially when using the train from the airport. It is not in the touristic centre but the various metro lines make getting there very easy.

Located in Jalan Sultan Ismail, E&O Residence is just a 7-minute walk to the famous Bukit Bintang shopping area and Pavilion shopping mall. I enjoyed the size of the room, and panoramic windows, and pool, staff was pretty helpful
