Santa Bárbara Eco-Beach Resort is located in Ribeira Grande, north coast of São Miguel Island. Featuring a privileged view of the mountains and the sea, the resort offers direct access to the beach, a beach bar, a swimming pool and a restaurant. From check in to check out and everything in between it was amazing. We checked on at 10pm on New Years Eve in the middle of their New Years Eve party and they couldnt have been more accomodating! The staff are beyond wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was to die for. The views and ocean, breathtaking. Can't wait to go back!

Not to mention the daily breakfast with good local products. The staff is very nice, they offer advice to make your stay more enjoyable. The property is located at the end of the promenade from the city center, a very nice walk.

The hotel’s rooms and suites are all air conditioned and feature a private bathroom, with a hairdryer. Each accommodation includes a flat-screen cable TV, a safety deposit box, telephone and free WiFi. The hotel is very nice. The pool from the room was heated and a very nice experience. The breakfast was very good, with a big buffet, better than other places on the island. Also the restaurant, has very good food, but a bit pricey.

The whole decoration of the Azorean Urban Lodge is ruled by modernity, colours and comfort. Each bedroom is dedicated to a different character and features a private bathroom, either inside the bedroom or in the hall. Amazing decor! Beautiful pool. Spacious! This was a perfect stop for visiting Ponta Delgada. A lovely kitchen and living room, nice warm shower, comfortable bed, big room... Really wonderful.

It is clear that this retreat is cared for by artist hosts; every detail is thoughtfully implemented from the interior design to the breakfast variety. We didn’t want our trip to end.

The Azorean Guest House offers vintage-style rooms which include single, double, luxury triple rooms and a spacious triple standard room. All accommodations include a flat-screen TV with cable channels. A huge surprise to find a stay even better than hoped all was perfect and staff amazing. Raul the manager was so great.
