The property is 800 metres from Chiang Rai Saturday Night Walking Street. Chiang Rai Airport is 8 km away. Loved our stay at Baan Jaru. From the moment I booked to the pre-stay communications and right up until we left these guys took exceptional care of us. The whole family and staff were so welcoming and helpful. The place is so close to everything. You can walk to at least a dozen restaurants within 400 metres of the property. The pad Thai down the road is amazing (and cheap!) Baan Jaru is very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. They give you free water every day. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We made sure we didn't miss it. You can have eggs, fruit, veges and chicken and toast with jam as well as coffee, tea and juice. The staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. They were very kind to let us have a late checkout and gave us heaps of recommendations on where to go to get furniture for our new house in Chiang Rai. Toddy was amazing to deal with and always had time to chat to us. Highly recommend staying there. You will love it. 🎉

The location is only a 5 minute walk from the Night Bazaar. The rooms are large, bright and modern. The bed is so comfortable. The aircon is quiet, and the wifi is good.. We loved the extra little touches, such as the free snacks and drinks. The hotel bikes are also free to use and are well maintained. The gym (also free) was large, well equipped, and very clean. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice to please every taste. Above all, and without exception, the staff are all lovely.

In case you want to prepare breakfast you have the possibility to use shared kitcen in the morning (free toast bread, eggs and coffee from the house) - was not the case for us, but is a nice, good option available. We didn't had fridge in the room, but a shared one was available in case of need. The staff is very comunicative and helpfull. One over the other, perfect accomodation for us and our needs - we actually used the room only over night, rest of the day we were out exploring the region.

Nice rooms, very charming staff, helpful and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable, rooms are big, very clean, big fridge and tv, good AC, no noise.
