Communication from the hotel regarding arrival and additional information was perfect. We had everything we needed and the hotel was close to restaurants, shops and especially the beach. We could walk everywhere and for other travel we used a tourbus. We had an amazing stay and loved our view of the beach. This hotel was perfect for us and great value for money.

The marketing photos don't do the views from the rooms justice (I stayed in City View Queen) and the location was great, overlooking the canal to the city and mountains. Very close to the beach, but a few blocks away so quieter and less touristy. I checked in after midnight and received very helpful directions to a 24-hour convenience store and restaurants still serving food nearby. There was a kettle in the room - great for those of us who don't like the coffee filters often in US hotel rooms! - and the 24-hour free supply of tea and coffee in the lobby was a bonus. Wifi worked well.
