It was very clean. Close to everything. Staff was wonderful specially cleaner on 16th floor was very helpfull i think his name was Revet. Lot of variety food for breakfast. Highly recommended

Great place to stay. We were given an upgrade to a suite. Everything was impeccable. Members of the staff were great especially Girish, the General Manager. The receptionists were also very helpful and attended to all our needs. We will come back.

Special thanks to Ms Mae at the reception and Mr Ali who helped us with our bags. They were very courteous and pleasant in their attitude. Location was brilliant. Dubai RTA (Road Transport Authority) is fantastic. superb connectivity and easy access to metro, buses and taxis.

It’s was very bad experience to this property when I reached there they were demanding me to pay more money 500 Durham for security purposes what is this I have paid already for the room and they we’re still demanding this is against the commitment and I don’t like it very much
