The 24-hour desk was a big deal for us - our flight arrived in after midnight & it was great to have Phillip at the desk and assisting our check-in. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the view over the golf course was outstanding.

An excellent stay — highly recommended! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Dubai. Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully equipped — it’s a brand-new hotel with modern facilities and a fresh, stylish design. My daughter especially loved it! The staff was incredibly attentive and kind. Breakfast was excellent — a wide and delicious selection every morning. We had a small issue in our bathroom, but it was resolved very quickly and professionally. As a lovely gesture, we were offered a plate of sweets as a complimentary treat. On the day of our departure, we had to leave early, and the hotel kindly arranged takeaway breakfast for us. Every member of the staff went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. While the hotel is located a bit away from the main tourist areas, it offers a free daily shuttle service to popular malls and public beaches, which was extremely convenient and well-organized. Thank you for such a great stay — we truly felt welcomed and cared for. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!

I stayed in Element for 2 nights on a business trip and from check in to check out the experience was great. I want to appreciate Syed for his excellent customer service. The hotel has excellent amenities including all day tea and coffee, great pool etc. The lobby is great to meet and work. I would highly recommend Element.

The property was clean and incredibly spacious. Dheeraj was an attentive host and constantly checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a most pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend staying here to all our friends and family.

Absolutely new apartments with a beautiful garden view. The bed is fantastic with soft pillows and a cozy blanket – super comfortable for sleeping! George is very kind and always available if you have any questions. The rooftop pool is amazing! Spacious area with great sun loungers – perfect for relaxing! Large parking space and shops nearby. We absolutely loved our stay – highly recommend it to everyone!

Me and my Husband have just moved to Dubai, this place is truly a home! we felt so comfortable. It’s very clean and in impeccable condition.The communication from the host, Kamal was great☺️ The building is lovely there is a swimming pool and gym. The car park is closed off. Circle mall is around 5-7 mins away. I would definitely stay again. I highly recommend booking!
