Great customer service by all Staff led by Max the Hotel Manager
Room was spacious and Bed was very firm and comfortable.
Breakfast made by Head Chef Rambo and team was cooked to a high standard.
We want to thank all the staff for their professionalism. Habibur Rahman,Mahmud,Olax,Uraiz.Amira,Ahmed and Patricia. I hope we haven’t missed anyone out because all the Staff were really good at their job.

The hotel is one of the best I stayed in, and I travel a lot. Everything is new, clean, breakfast is the best ever!!! The beach, the personel.
The location is beautiful because the hotel overlooks both sides of the sea, however if you wish to go to Burj Khalifa or downtown because of all day rush hour it will take you 2 hours to get there. It is the last hotel on the palm.
If you are just enjoying the resort is well worth it.
Everything is just amazing!!!
