An amazing holidays in an exceptional, elegant and stylish hotel in the centre of a beautiful city of Dubai. Everything was perfect from the beginning at the reception welcomed by Mt Ahmed who gave me the exquisite room with a stunning view of Burj Khalifa. Everyone was nice, polite and welcoming all the time, taking care of anything that you might need. The service in this hotel is impeccable, professional and friendly, a private butler (thank you Atif), the staff in the restaurant at breakfast, which was so very delicious….Arabic, Indian or continental which ever you would wish, all fresh and so nicely prepared. Thank you so much Shanaka and your team Anthony, Haneed and all others. At concierge desk you get all information to make your trip special, thank you Dragan and Mussa. A great gym with a coach Prince to take care of your practice and a beautiful infinity swimming pool with a great view to the river. Turkish restaurant in the hotel has a great choice of excellent food. The room was so nice, clean and well maintained with every night chocolate bar and fresh water. At the end just to mention that all the staff know you by name and remember your favourite table for breakfast. If I forgot to mention someone, don’t worry I will definitely come back to check on it.

"My stay at The Lana Hotel in Dubai was amazing in every way! Everything was 10 out of 10. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. Their smiles were always present, and they were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. When I informed them before arriving that I was celebrating my 15th wedding anniversary, they upgraded our room as a lovely surprise! They also provided us with a cake and balloons in our room. The pool area was fantastic, offering a panoramic view of the Burj Khalifa and all of Dubai. As for the food, the staff by the pool was great and the food was delicious. The only downside was the limited dinner options in the half-board package we had booked. However, when we informed them that we wouldn't be dining there, they offered us an alternative and arranged for us to dine at a nearby Michelin-starred restaurant called 'JAR.' I highly recommend staying here!"

The staff here were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived at 6am they done everything they could to make us feel welcomed. They were able to assist with an early check in which was amazing as we just got off an overnight flight. Ahmed at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Great location, quick taxi to Dubai mall and heaps of food delivery around. The on-site restaurant has a great buffet breakfast and the restaurant staff were amazing! Made the best coffees and made sure food was gluten free for the celiac diet we had in the group. Very happy with our stay and will definitely be back!
