The hotel was trying to reach me before arrival. Once I got there I was informed that for the first night I would not get the room I booked due to technical issues but they would offer me an upgrade for the remained days. The following day I was surprised with such a beautiful spacious superior apartment with view to burg Khalifa. That was really nice from the hotel team and I trully enjoyed my stay.

It was a perfect stay in Business Bay area, we really enjoyed the place. It was super clean, everything you need, the staff was very kind and helpful. We even had water in the room, which was very nice also. The breakfast ist fantastic, felt like it was homemade and they restaurant takes care of you.
