Perfect in every way. It always feels like coming home when you stay at Park Hyatt Dubai. The staff here are excellent and so friendly. The ground floor lagoon view room was perfect for relaxing lazy days spent at Twiggy. The food, attentive service and overall chilled luxury vibe cannot be faulted. Perfection. I arrived in Dubai late at night and couldn’t reach my first booked homestay. After searching, I found this nearby hostel and finally made my way here after some difficulties. The owner and staff warmly welcomed me in the middle of the night—thank you so much! Not only are the prices affordable, but the place is also very clean. Being surrounded by female guests made me feel completely safe. It’s a perfect choice for backpackers in transit. Thank you again!

I Salman Hussain , recently stayed at the Landmark Hotel in Dubai with my family and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is ideally located in the Baniyas area, with easy access to the metro station, Gold Souk, and all major city amenities nearby. This made it very convenient for us to explore the city.
The staff at reception, especially Mushtaq and his colleague, provided friendly and welcoming service, making us feel right at home. Room cleaner Imran Khan did an excellent job with cleanliness and upkeep, ensuring that our rooms were spotless throughout our stay.
This hotel offers excellent facilities and services that cater well to families. We felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The hotel room was spacious exactly what I saw in the pictures while booking. And the hotel service was top notch. The staffs were extremely polite and generous. We arrived at 8am and according to the hotel policy we weren’t allowed to check into our room before 2pm. But bless the receptionist he let us check in at 10am or it would have been super hard for us to wait for 5/6 hours as we travelled all the way from London. Definitely a great place to stay.
