The design and aesthetic and amenities were great. Highly unique hotel experience. At checkin, Radwa and manager Eslam gave Incredible service upon arrival. At checkout, Zaw was very kind and helpful.

A very warm personal welcome by James and his team from the reception, in all questions very helpful during my whole stay. Big room with enough space around the bed, kitchen corner including a big fridge, etc., a washing machine and a big balcony. Good indian (and with parts of an international) breakfast with really fresh orange and melon juice - many thanks to Robin and his team! Have the feeling that all staffs have had even more (since my last visit in August) a smile and a positive attitude when working - thanks again for making my stay again a really good one.
