The hotel is accessible via metro train. We took the metro from Terminal 3 from the airport. 7 minutes walk from the station to the hotel. The staff, Alex and Ajeez, were friendly and helpful. They accommodated our additional request and no fuss. There were a few cafes and local Arabic restaurants so getting food was easy. Overall, a great experience.
