I would like to thank Rixos Premium Dubai JBR for a wonderful holiday, for the wonderful atmosphere, for the responsive, caring and polite staff. Our room was always clean and tidy thanks to Jaffar, who changed towels twice a day, cleaned and provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay in the room, everything was perfectly clean and fresh! The restaurant has a wide selection of dishes, everything is prepared only from fresh products, the staff is very polite and always with a smile on their face. I really liked the fact that on my daughter's birthday, the staff came at 00:00 to congratulate her with wishes, cake and fruit, and in the afternoon our room was decorated with rose petals and the inscription Happy birthday. It was so nice and sweet. Thank you for your work and attention! This attention is very pleasant for vacationers! I want to wish you good luck, prosperity and success!

The staff is very friendly and responsible. The garden is beautiful, especially green zone with ice and cold napkins without children. Breakfasts are plentiful. The pillows in the room are the best in the world. The gym is well equipped.
One of the days my husband forgot his phone in a taxi from the hotel to a mall. The security service returned it the next day.

Its true, the energy we put out there, we always get back whether it's positive or negative. I arrived on the morning of my 44th birthday to kick start my birthday celebrations and have to say this is the best holiday I have ever had
I am truly moved by the amazing customer service The Sheraton in Jumeira Beach Residence has given me. This is my 3rd visit here.
5 stars doesn't quite cut it for me, from the moment I have stepped foot in this hotel, the staff gone above and beyond to make my stay amazing.
If I had it my way, I would give them 11 stars. (11 is my lucky number)
This morning at breakfast, they gave me a little surprise which was
a little cake and card thanking me for staying with them.
