The hotel has simply everything that you need. Great and kind personell. The breakfast was really good. The property is well maintained and the aquapark access is really a nice addition. Although is a big resort, it does not show negatively and its really peaceful. The rooms are spacious and we received a nice upgrade to a Suite which was simply amazing. With special thanks to Aireen who provided me and my family extra personal attention. We will definitely come back to Atlantis!

Everything was perfect. The staff, the location, the hotel itself, the cleanliness, the beach. The hotel was really trying to accommodate all of our requests. We had some minor issues (outside of the hotel’s control), however the hotel made sure that we still enjoy our stay, and we really did! So far one of the best hotels in Dubai I have been to, and plan on definitely coming back! A big thank you to NH The Palm, and all of their staff!

Everything was amazing, the staff is a 5 stars staff, thanks to Honey and Sousanne they make our check in and check out super comfortable, and also all the guys at the breakfast area they are super professional very kind and helpful.
