Location - very centrally located - Dubai mall, grand fountains, Burj Kalifa, etc… btw downtown Dubai is one of the safest metro area in the world.

We visited Dubai for 5 days holidays and we chose Crown Plaza Marina for the location. I can confirm that the location of the hotel is perfect and very central just in front of the Marina with seamless access. All the restaurants and shops were just minutes away along with the Mall. Metro station just a few minutes walk nearby which takes you to many places in the city especially to avoid the traffic. The facilities were great and the staff amazing. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and Monalisa offered and organised a complimentary bday cake and setup in order to enhance the experience. Anastasiya also assisted us on the execution and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The staff from the Locale cafe where we had our breakfast and dinner were amazing. Everyone was trying to offer us a great experience and they were very hospitable. A special thanks to Ariel who was always there for us and was going the extra mile in order to make us and my 3 years old daughter feel comfortable. Valeria created a nice memory with a personalised card signed from all of the staff for a warm farewell and also took us a polaroid photo on our last day in order to remember. Thank you again all for everything and the exquisite experience. We will definitely come back.

A fantastic hotel that deserves all the praise, the location is excellent, the service is fantastic, the breakfast is excellent, the standards are at the highest level, the cleaning is perfect with all the praise for the lady who cleaned our room.
