The hotel is excellent in terms of location, services and treatment by the staff, especially the receptionist (Sultan) who was sophisticated in his treatment of us and cooperative.. He is also good at resolving difficulties and finding appropriate and satisfactory solutions.. In general the staff at the hotel are good but Sultan is a very distinguished employee..

Located in Sheikh Zayed Road, this hotel is directly connected to Emirates Towers Metro and the Museum of the Future, and a few minutes drive from Dubai Mall.

Exceptional service. Beautiful decor. Lovely staff. Everything was high quality. It's like being transported to a period and indulging in that experience. All the facilities we could ever need. I wish I found time for the spa. The attention to care and detail is unmatched. Our favorite stay and hotel experience to date. The SIRO Plus King room was spacious and neat. The skyline view was incredibly beautiful day and night. The staff were welcoming and resourceful. Special thanks to Bianca and Sagar who were very helpful. I enjoyed the facilities at the recovery lab.

I had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was pleasant. They were extremely helpful, nice, and kind, which made me feel very welcome. The service was excellent, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The rooms were also extremely clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay.
