I booked the room for 2 nights and got room upgrade. The room is spacious, clean and easy light control. I love the double showers on bathroom. The pools are perfect for relaxing and enjoying. Breakfast is good and more menu would be better. Thanks for Charlene for the easy check-in and services. Definitely, I would come again.

The man Omar who takes care of the place is fantastic. I forgot the door key code and it was out of hours, yet he messaged me very fast with it. Slight issue with the battery dying on the lock the next day and I couldn't get in. He was there promptly to replace. These things can happen, not ideal, but it is how you deal with it. Omar, he dealt with it fast. Luckily, it was 8am and not 3am too. The place is comfortable and decorated in a simple and modern manner. It was clean and floor 7 was quiet. It was cosy and the bed was lovely and the cushions perfect. TV is big and has Netflix.
