Wonderful place; everything you need is there; amazing view. Very tranquil place with a swimming pool. And the most important is the lovely lady who is working there! She made our stay very pleasant!

It is a very nice hotel. Location is excellent, right on the slopes so proper ski in and ski out. Food was also good. We also liked the welness area. The room was very quiet and dark at night. The beds were also comfortable.

Lovely room with a spacious balcony area. Super central location. Separate to the main hotel, but were able to use the pool at the main hotel.

Beautiful hotel with very central location that offers easy (walking) access to everything. Room has excellent amenities (robe, slippers, etc.), and the relaxation areas offer heated, indoor pool, sauna and lounge chairs. Breakfast is a full buffet with just about anything you could want, and very good coffee service. Many restaurants within yards of the hotel, and hotel is adjacent to the Inn River and gorgeous, mountain scenery. Train station is less than a mile away.

all the staffs were very kind and nice. when we checked in we even got a glass of welcome drink. will consider stay in this hotel if we have chance to visit Innsbruck again.

Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Rooms were modern, comfortable and nicely furnishing. Breakfast offering was exceptional. Hot chocolate at reception with sweets and chocolates was a nice touch. Location was ideal for Christmas markets. Plenty of shopping and dining options just outside.
