Room was large and had plenty of extra chairs to sit. The breakfast was fantastic - eggs, smoked salmon, a variety of meats and cheeses as well as croissants and danish. Ate dinner at restaurant and it was excellent. The staff were very professional and friendly. Close to both the Olympic Arena and old town.

This 4-star hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute tram ride from Innsbruck's Old Town. Free WiFi is free in the entire house. .

The hotel is very well equipped and the staff is very kind amd helpful. It is not so close to the central railway station, but there are several bus stops close to the hotel. If you are staying 2 nights or longer, remember to ask for the welcome card to have free local transport within the city.

Great location. A small studio but very well planned out with comfortable beds and a nice balcony with a view of the snow covered mountains. Kitchenette had a microwave, fridge and coffee pod machine with pods & creamer. Everything was clean and nearly new condition. Very easy check in too.

It's very good that there are breakfasts which were pretty tasty, and they also give a welcome card - so you will have additional things in the city. Toilets and showers were comfy and clean. And a locker is very big. Friendly staff ! Wonderful view !

Clean, tidy and nice. The kitchenette was perfect, with a Nespresso machine and a few capsules, dish washer and a small bag with new sponge and soap. The bathroom had shampoo body cream shower gel and a small beauty bag! Comfortable beds and electric blinders 20 minutes walking to the city centre

The staff in the main hotel were very nice and helpful. you can do self check-in in the main hotel building (above the parking) or at the apartment building. the room was new, stylish, clean and comfortable. equipped with coffee machine and kettle. the location is amazing, right in the old city center. we had access to the spa area in the main hotel free of charge and got robes at the reception. we had a great stay and wish we could stay for more than one night.
