The location of the hotel was very nice, it was a 15 minute walk to the city center! The room was nice and clean and the perfect size for two people. There was a leak at the shower but as soon as we told them about it, they already fixed it by the time we came back. Very efficient and friendly, would absolutely come here again!

The staffs are so great and supportive. Initially I would do a late checkin, and they already sent me the instruction and everything, but when I arrived around 11pm, they were still there and gave me my keys. Room is huge, I travel alone but I think even for 2 people it’s still good. You have your own sink and hairdryer in the room so very convenient. Bathroom and toilet are shared, but I never had to wait or anything. And everything is so clean.

Only a 10-minute walk from Mirabell Palace, the Congress Center, and the main train station, and a 15-minute walk from the Old Town, the modern, nonsmoking Das Jedermann Boutiquehotel mit Stadtgarten...

Very homey and the rooms are quite spacious, so it's easy to pack/repack your things if you have big luggage! There are few steps of stairs from the elevator to the room so need an extra strength to carry your luggage but not an issue at all! We love the place and will stay here again :) Oh also although no staffs in the premise, the host can be contacted easily- very helpful when booking taxi from the hotel to the train station (or airport).

Location was excellent, bang on the bus-stop. Didn't use the breakfast services. Excellent part was for early checkout, there was a locker facility free of charge. Entry was keyless and checkout was digital. Amenities like laundry and essential cupboard was there in the basement.
