The location of the hotel is perfect. All the main sights of Vienna are within walking distance. The hotel is new, cleanliness is maintained daily, air conditioning worked properly in the room. The room is very cozy and stylish, the mini-bar is well stocked.
I want to note Shukhran and Snezhana, they assisted me well with early check-in and check-out.
I wish the hotel grateful customers and that they do not lose the high quality of the services offered.

Facilities, room was large and beautifully decorated. We were given welcome gifts of chocolate and wafer cookies. We were traveling with a baby and were gifted toiletries for baby and a very comfortable and clean crib was waiting for us in the room. Breakfast facilities had a very varied and delicious breakfast buffet and staff were kind and serviceable. Location was perfect, walking distance from most attractions and shopping district.
