This is my second stay at this hotel, and everything has been very good. The hotel is wonderful, with beautiful, comfortable, and very clean rooms. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel's location is perfect, next to City Hall and Parliament. There are also tram and metro stops about 75 and 150 meters away, respectively. If I return to Vienna, I would like to stay at this hotel again.

Excellent breakfast till midday and even possible to have one 15mins before closing. Soundproof rooms with large comfortable beds. They couldn’t offer a double duvet for the but made up for it with a voucher. Late checkout for everyone (12:00). Very helpful staff and always around, even late at night at the bar. Fantastic location to explore this amazing city.

Location was great and close to all the main sites. There was an elevator which was helpful with our luggage and the room was just what we were wanting.
