Very pristinely cleaned and updated hotel. It was very quiet and the bed and linen were extremely comfortable. Shower gel and shampoo were provided. Location was really good, around 7 mins walk to the Christmas Market! There is a grocery store close by (around 2 mins walk) and multiple nice stores around. The hotel staff was wonderful and welcoming, they recommended places to eat, visit and they helped us with booking a private taxi to and from the airport. They were in communication with us even before our arrival.

Everything has been excellent. Quiet room, nice shower, comfortable bed. Very friendly staff both at the Front Desk and Bar. The fireplace room is very cozy, perfect to enjoy a drink after a long day sightseeing or before dinner. Hard working team in all departments, everyone is extremely polite and yet friendly and welcoming. The Sparkling wine and the potato bread were really a highlight at breakfast. The location is central, yet in a very calm road, perfect to get a good night sleep. The Hotel is very Eco-friendly, minimal supplies in the bathroom but you can ask for extra toiletries at the Reception free of charge. Our departure day we checked out very early in the morning. The Hotel provided us with breakfast boxes which were lovely and just perfectly packed. Vienna is a wonderful city, we will definitely stay at Josefshof Hotel if we will come back!

The location is perfect and is near the 5 and 2 Subway line. You can arrive the center easily. The nice and kind woman working at reception is very helpful and understandable. She kept me informed about everything. By the way, the cake is amazing to taste.

I especially loved the location of the hotel which was really near to the center but they street was still quiet. Also the receptionist was really nice and friendly. I would give this hotel 5 stars!

The position was excellent. Close to a metro station and ma y tram stations. The people at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was supposed to get my room at 14h but I got there at 12h and it was actually ready. Perfect.
