I’m absolutely delighted with this hotel! It’s incredibly beautiful — like an oasis in the heart of the city. My room was very spacious, with a separate bathroom and toilet, which was a big plus, even though I was traveling alone. The bed was extremely comfortable with lovely bedding, and I especially want to highlight the bath products — a high-quality brand with a pleasant scent. My room overlooked a cozy and quiet terrace.
The staff were very polite and friendly, always ready to help. I was truly satisfied with my stay and will definitely come back again — I’ll also recommend this hotel to my friends!

It was a very spacious and cozy place to stay! It has a kitchen where we can make coffee every morning. And there was a lift in the building, so we had less hassle to carry up heavy luggage bags (still some stairs exist for half floor, tho).
Such a pleasant experience to stay!

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Vienna city was fabulous! Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.Everything was perfect from A to Z. The staff is polite, kind and knowledgeable. The room was super clean and comfortable. The location is A1...not far from the city center, about 15 minutes walking. The neighborhood is fantastic. Lots of cafés, shops and restaurants. The best hotel in Vienna! And maybe not just in Vienna. We were pleasantly surprised by everything! The design of the hotel is very special and cool! In Lost style. Our room had a huge balcony with the sofa and vinyl record player in the room!
There is a pool table to play.
