The location of the hotel is perfect. All the main sights of Vienna are within walking distance. The hotel is new, cleanliness is maintained daily, air conditioning worked properly in the room. The room is very cozy and stylish, the mini-bar is well stocked. I want to note Shukhran and Snezhana, they assisted me well with early check-in and check-out. I wish the hotel grateful customers and that they do not lose the high quality of the services offered.

This place is just amaaaaazing. The rooms are very nice decorated and they smell amazing, bed is super comfortable and huge. Breakfast was exceptional and all the staff at the hotel is very attentive and friendly. The hotel is amazing and we will for sure return there. Since we had a baby with us they upgrated our room to bigger one and I think this was a very nice touch to whole experience.

It is a very spacious & well maintained apartment located very near to the Vienna State Opera and the Underground Metro station - U Bahn. The Apartment has a Big Kitchen, Huge Living Room, Two Spacious Bedrooms and Two Toilets & Two Bathrooms with one washing machine. The staff were especially amazing! We had a bit of rough day with unexpected layover so we booked the hotel very last minute. We had an upgrade to a gorgeous junior suites and the room was breathtaking. Me and my husband can’t thank enough for the lovely stay. Everything was so smooth from check in to check out and for car pick up to the airport!
