Conveniently located to hospital, shopping and fun parks.
Staff are extremely helpful and polite.
We planned to stay 1 night but ended up staying 2. The staff we very helpful in accommodating our needs, we stayed in a garden view cabin which was wonderful and encouraged us to plan a return family holiday. Staff found us a last minute apartment within the park for the second night after needing to stay longer than expected. Great prices for accommodation and amenities provided.

A great location when you visit GoldCoast. Tram is just outside of the apartment and bonus is Woolies is just across the street for a quick grocery shop. Had a smooth transaction with Esther from check in to check out. We will definitely be back with mu friends soon!😊

The cleanliness, The size of the rooms given the affordable price, modern ammenities in the apartments like good heating, air conditioning and wireless chargers next to the beds. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking: Oven, microwave, dishwasher, a large fridge and kitchen stoves. The rooms got, despite being overshadowed by the surrounding apartment towers, lots of light coming in from every direction all day. The WiFi was also always working. It was a great experience!
