We booked here as we were getting married nearby. Staff were very friendly, I had to do a late check in but they ended up staying back as we arrived before they left. The room was clean and spacious, there were a lot of cooking tools which would help if we were staying longer. We were assigned a car park which was very convenient. The balcony on the unit was also great. Overall very happy!

The hospitality, despite of a wrongfull booking from my side was extraordinary. Melissa is a genuine wonderful host to meet all our requests. I will certainly be back to let the other members of my family enjoy the wonderfull and characteristic Cpt’s Retreat and all of its surroundings. The hotel was modern with lovely amenities. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfy. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The location was quiet in comparison to the city, which we preferred. Easy access to trams. Overall, a fantastic stay. We’ll definitely be back.
