The location is excellent—very close to the city center and also near Kings Park. The accommodation environment is flawless!
There are around ten free parking spots available (secured with a code, very safe), and they're on a first-come, first-served basis. We might have come during the off-season, so we were lucky to always find a spot.
The room is well-equipped and nicely ventilated. The bed is super comfortable—not too soft, just right!
If they offered a free drink or breakfast downstairs for guests staying a few nights, that would make it even more amazing!

We love the fully fitted kitchen in the room and having a washing machine-tumble dryer is wonderful, so convenient. The location is good too - it’s in a very nice area of Perth and convenient for downtown either on foot or by the free CAT buses.

Excellent basic facilities. Close to bus stop. Walking distance to city centre. Near a highway but it is still quiet inside the unit. Comfortable stay.
Situated a 14-minute walk from Leederville Oval and a 15-minute walk from Medibank Stadium, Zappeion Apartments offers free WiFi. All air-conditioned apartments include a kitchen.
