I stayed at the ACE Hotel for 2 days at Christmas. Check-in would have been at 3 p.m. Since I came from a cruise ship, I was at the hotel at 9 a.m. I actually just wanted to leave my luggage. To my great surprise, I received an upgrade and the room was ready to move into immediately. So I was able to start my sightseeing tour in Sydney in a relaxed manner. The young women at reception were extremely friendly and nice and the entire hotel made a first-class impression on me. One of the ladies showed me around the hotel and showed me the restaurant, the bar and the elevator to my room. The second surprise awaited me in the room in the form of extraordinary accessories such as: a record player including records and a real, new guitar. The room was spacious and everything was very well maintained and clean. The restaurant and bar staff were also super friendly and always helpful. The hotel itself is very centrally located. You can easily reach many sights and public transport on foot. I really enjoyed my time at the hotel and will definitely come back here again

Good location and apartment was very clean. Serviced daily. They provided washing powder, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid plus cloths. Plus the usual tea, coffee and milk Even kept thexwster jug topped up daily. Salt and pepper pots. Excellent well stocked kitchen utensils. Perfect for what we needed.
