The staff were so helpful and friendly, really accomodating. The bed was incredibly comfortable, a cute little courtyard we hardly made use of.

Well organised and everything in place. All you would expect and need in a serviced apartments were available. Derek was very helpful and available on phone to guide things for us all along. It was raining heavily on that day and i managed to get the apartment in a prime location was my luck. No need to walk more than 100 meters for any of your needs. Will stay again as i am a regular visitor to Sydney.

They have activities every day, the hostel is constantly been cleaned, and the staff has been absolutely helpful and nice, specially Alice and Carmen, who helped me in the checkout and where very funny.

Staff at the front is amazing and helpful. I’ve been upgraded to a room for 4 and it’s amazing, your own kitchen and bathroom. Everything is clean around and they come daily into the room to clean in it up. Location is just 2m from King’s Cross subway station and 15/20m walking from the CBD.

Super convenient! Very central, staff was super super helpful, a lamp was broken in the room when we entered they immediately fixed it. There are even treats for the kids! Breakfast was very satisfying. I would recommend this hotel for other families
