The view was good, we were having the suite room and room size was big for our family. The breakfast was intercontinental and had variety. The reception and service was great. It was also situated very near the train station, Australian museum, supermarket, etc

I had an incredible experience at the hostel in Sydney! The staff's attention was outstanding, and having both breakfast and dinner included was a delightful surprise. Its proximity to the central area made exploring the Opera House convenient. I stayed for 7 days and truly felt at home throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Truly the most wonderful staff I've ever met in a hotel, and as a frequent business traveler that's saying something. The hotel got recently renovated, which means everything is looking great with brand new carpets, furniture and a fresh lick of paint. It's also located in a buzzing area and just a short walk away from the navy harbor or botanical gardens.

First there was a bit of a hiccup as I requested an early check in but the room was not available. Then we were told that we could not stay there for the whole two weeks that was booked due to the place closing. I have to say the manager Denise went out of her way to rectify all that was happening to make us as comfortable as possible. Even found us accommodation at another hotel to complete our stay. The staff was very friendly. The beds were super comfortable especially after traveling for 26hrs that was all we looked for and it exceeded our expectations. I want to thank Denise and the staff for their exceptional services.

I had an amazing stay at Urban Nomad Hostel! The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond, especially Cody, to make sure everyone felt comfortable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the common areas were perfect for meeting fellow travelers. The location is fantastic—close to all the major attractions yet in a quieter part of town. I also loved the little touches, like the well-equipped kitchen and the cozy lounge area.
