The personnel were beyond amazing! Sam and Zak couldn't have been more friendly, professional, helpful and added a great deal to the enjoyment of our stay. It was the perfect place to stay for us. We didn't want to leave and even extended one night. It's wonderful to have such a great view over Sydney as you don't even have to leave your room to enjoy the city. Very nice place in good district, close to the main points of Sydney. Staff is very friendly. Dinners very delicious. Additionally, you can cook for yourself. People at hostel are super as well.

The personel at the reception is amazing ! I will gave them 10 stars for their service. Sylvia gave me a lot of good references and activities for the kangourous sight seeing. Very large room, good location and friendly staff. We arrived on Sunday and after the office closed but their instructions were very clear so we managed to get into our room smoothly. The location is near to King Cross station and there are few halal restaurants such as Five Star Kebab and Cross Chicken nearby. Harris Market is just beside the apartment if you need to buy some groceries.

The staff was amazingly nice, the room was very comfortable, functional and spacious and the bed was super comfy. Location was awesome, just a few minutes walk from the Metro and bus stops and with a straight walk to the city centre. Really liked the breakfast as well - it was good, easy and filling enough. Truly a gem!
