It was the perfect place to stay for us. We didn't want to leave and even extended one night. It's wonderful to have such a great view over Sydney as you don't even have to leave your room to enjoy the city. Everything we needed was there, also the supermarket and bus stations that are just in front of the hotel.

9 Springfield is located in the leafy district of Kings Cross, a short walk from the station and only one stop from the CBD.

Truly the most wonderful staff I've ever met in a hotel, and as a frequent business traveler that's saying something. The hotel got recently renovated, which means everything is looking great with brand new carpets, furniture and a fresh lick of paint. It's also located in a buzzing area and just a short walk away from the navy harbor or botanical gardens.

First there was a bit of a hiccup as I requested an early check in but the room was not available. Then we were told that we could not stay there for the whole two weeks that was booked due to the place closing. I have to say the manager Denise went out of her way to rectify all that was happening to make us as comfortable as possible. Even found us accommodation at another hotel to complete our stay. The staff was very friendly. The beds were super comfortable especially after traveling for 26hrs that was all we looked for and it exceeded our expectations. I want to thank Denise and the staff for their exceptional services.
