Nice and clean hotel, excellent location, great staff, receptionist Mr. Farhad is very helpful and does his best to serve customers. The hotel is good for families and singles. One minute walk and you find yourself in the middle of a Nizami street.
I will never forget the receptionist guy on shift tonight Mr. Ali he helped me a lot because I arrived at 5 am.
I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Staying at Twelve Inn was an absolute pleasure! I stayed there for one night and I wish I could stay longer! The team was really nice and attentive. The room was spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The convenient location made it easy to get around, and the overall vibe of the place was super inviting. I’ll definitely recommend it and hope to visit again soon!

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel, the interiors are like a palace, I was especially struck by the floors (like in a museum). But the hotel’s main advantage is its location, 5-7 minutes from the old town. Ali is a very nice owner, always ready to help and does provide it. Ali, thank you! The music that is mentioned in reviews is only played until 11:00 PM - 11:30 PM, so it does not interfere with the tourists' sleep and rest. The impressions of the beauty of Baku were complemented by a very comfortable stay at the hotel; I was glad I chose the hotel. I recommend the hotel!
