The staff was very helpful and professional. The check-in process is comfortable and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and spa facilities were relaxing and fun.

Very central although extra easy to reach from highway by car, plenty of parking places around within 5 min walking distance (as well as for higher cars or cars with roof box). Rooms were comfortable, clean + if you travel with dogs (extra bowls etc were prepared). Staff is very helpful and breakfast was fantastic.

The room was simple. Comfortable bed. Warm / good pressure shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The window is able to be cracked open when it got a little too warm! The windows blocked the noise of any noise from the street. I would stay again when we visit Antwerp!
