Very comfortable and cosy room with a nice view towards the nearby canal. The check-in was a self-check-in that went seamlessly with all the information provided in a timely manner. The guide of local places was also very appreciated to get an idea of places where one could get something to eat and drink in the evening. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The location was fantastic as it was right at the heart of the Market Square and walking distance from tourist destinations. Quite a few restaurants and supermarkets close by.

We were allocated interconnecting rooms as requested ( No.s 704 & 705) which overlook the square outside. Rooms were spotless and spacious with very comfortable beds. Sofa and table with chairs also within. Staff were so very friendly and the breakfast exceeded expectation. The hotel is spotless and location is perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Bruges.
Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
