All the staff we interacted with, special mention to Mike Andreoli at the reception at night who was tireless! His availability and wiling to solve an issue we had with the taxi that was supposed to pick us up at the airport! The breakfast with plenty of options, all fresh. The usual quality of the rooms and beds at a Novotel. The location, right in the city centre, convenient and quick access from the airport, perfect for a quick stroll and a short walk of the Charleroi Central train station where we went when we left the city. For those with car there's an underground car park right below with direct access to the hotel and a discounted price for guests. I don't usually give a perfect score, but in fact it fulfilled all that was expected and more. That one night stay was a perfect start for our mini vacation.

The hostel is a 5-minute walk from the bus and train stations. The furnishings are new, the plumbing is in excellent condition. Everything is simple and functional. Quiet place. The staff is professional. In case of early departure (we had to catch the first bus to the airport at 04.30), there is a possibility of a light breakfast on the first floor, behind the lobby. I recommend it.

The host is a very caring and kind person and all the important information was provided in timely manner. The place was very clean and everything was well-organised. We only stayed one night but it was a good experience. We are a family of 5 and the washing machine and the dryer were super helpful. If you fly out from Charleroi Airport, this is a very good choice as well. The place is in walking distance from Charleroi Central Train Station and there is airport shuttle (bus number A1) at the station running every 30 minutes starting at 4:30 am. The shuttle is operated by a company called TEC and you can buy bus tickets at TEC app.

In a prime location in Charleroi, NOMAD APARTMENTS - Henin provides a continental breakfast and free WiFi. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The beds were very comfortable, and the space was large and cozy — it really felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely recommend it, especially if the temperature is cooler during your stay or if you're used to warmer nights.

The Owners were very helpful. The room was clean, probably recently renovated. Nice bathroom. Warm as needed, hot water OK. Very close to the railway station, restaurants, shopping center. A nice part of town full of typical buildings.
