Lot of parking space, very nice breakfast. Also located in walking distance from the main railway station. There are trams and buses in front of the station so access to both in and outside Ghent is super convenient. Nice air circulation of the rooms. I highly appreciated the "food corner" which consists of a fridge/freezer with some home prepared meals you can take at any time of the day (super nice for later arrivals). There is also fridge with selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (Belgian beer! :-) )

Fantastic welcome, we were given a map & the receptionist pointed out very helpful information for us. The beds were so comfortable, I slept very well. Breakfast was amazing, I have allergies & daughter a vegetarian, they went above & beyond in providing a lot of choice. Feels so homely, all the staff were super friendly & helpful. Beautiful hotel, loved the Art Deco/Nouveau features. You can even borrow books. Being able to have a stretch out in the pool after a long day travelling was lovely, really nice temperature. Also a plus that you have it privately for an hour. Great location, close to a beautiful park & the museums.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was funky and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was clean. We would highly recommend a stay here!

Location to the station was less than 10 minutes walk. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect and near everything by walking distance. When you enter the hotel, there are some refreshments at the entrance which is a nice welcome. We loved all the toiletries and amenities. What stood out the most was the help from Clarissa. We would love to come back and see her again!
