Room is very comfortable, with a large bathroom. Reception staff is OK. Breakfast very good, nice food alternatives. Locarion is OK, but keep in mind that Campos do Jordão is very hilly. If you are without a car, I do not recommend this hotel. On the other hand, "free" parking is included.
