The reception staff were always friendly and helpful... even though I do not speak Portuguese. Nothing was too much for them!!! Thank you!! The room was of a good size. The bed was very comfortable- I slept very well. I had work to do and the desk space was good. The cupboard space was ample. The kitchen was fine for my stay and had all the items I needed. The coffee maker was especially good. The bathroom was very clean- The shower was excellent - hot water and good force. The pool on the roof was magnificent... I was able to swim laps and it was so refreshing.
