Exceptional customer service. Staff were friendly and eager to listen and attend to any need we presented. Edward and Vinay keep it up! Wanted to extend our stay and hotel was fully booked. Edward kept monitoring the system between 11:00 pm and 6:00 am in the morning. He managed to secure a room and saved us the bother to move to another hotel. At 7 am in the morning, he called us to confirm he had a room for us! Edward, you gave us a reason to always come back and recommend Fairfield to our friends with no hesitation at all!

Me and my family and I enjoyed every bit of the hotel. The customer service was excellent. The facility was top-notch. The facility, i must say, was extremely clean, and that was number one for us. They did not joke around with hygiene and cleanliness of every corner of the hotel. We loved it and definitely will come back.

Julie and Randall were lovely hosts at this BB. The room was huge with a lovely ensuite. The breakfast was scrumptious and very healthy. They made us feel so welcome and at home.

Upon entering the hotel, we were pleasantly greeted by Yousef and Holy! Yousef was able to provide us with an earlier check-in as we were traveling from far. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a great night sleep. We would definitely stay here again! We were provided info on alternate parking at City Hall for $4 a day. Thank you!
