Dining ( breakfast and dinner) was fantastic. Particularly like Cafe Boulud. Excellent dinner menu. Staff were courteous and very welcoming. Everyone I encountered made an effort to make me feel welcome.

The suite was fabulous. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Nice selection of coffees. Complimentary artisan chocolates were a nice touch. Appreciated turn down service and complimentary bottle of wine that was offered upon checking-in. All staff were courteous. Enjoyed a bottle of wine recommended by the sommelier in the lounge One Restaurant. Returned later in the evening for dinner. Meals were excellent. The hotel's location is near Casa Loma where we took in the Holiday Lights.

Exceptional location, in the heart of the city. If you like total privacy, the place is for you. Hotel interior (previously 4 season hotel) nicely done, small lobby, front desk, and seating areas, nice hallways. The apartment is small but nice and cozy, equipped in all appliances and everything you need. Excellent bed, slept like a baby. The room decor is a bit worn out but still OK. The big bay window is facing the construction site at the moment, but it didn't bother me at all. I would stay in this hotel again. The communication line with the owner was open and pleasant.
