Loved every bit of it. The suites were spacious and well-equipped and the staff were always there, ready to help. The hotel is conveniently located, close to lots of pubs and restaurants, and there's a Safeway right across the street.

1) Staff were friendly and very helpful. They provide good recommendations and tips. I wanted to get a bottle of wine from the local stores, but unfortunately all were sold out. Jordan went the extra mile to help and managed to find the exact item.
2) I like the rustic design of the hotel as well. It has a nostalgic feel.
3) The restaurant within the hotel provides great service and awesome dishes.
4) Location of the hotel is simply amazing. It is close to everywhere by walking.

Hotel in a central location lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping in easy walking. The staff we all excellent and could not have been more helpful or friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the weather was good enough for us to be able to eat outside in the very pleasant courtyard. The lunches and dinners we had were also very good. The courtyard is a nice setting for a pre dinner cocktail. Our room was excellent a great size and the bed was very comfortable.

The floor to ceiling windows across the entire room framed perfectly the beautiful view of the snow capped mountains. We arrived very early on a Sunday morning and they had our room ready by 10am which we greatly appreciated. We are back in Vancouver in a few weeks and will definitely stay again.
