The room was spacious, comfortable, and so cozy with the fireplace. This hotel has one of the best and biggest bathrooms! Great location near Yaletown, but not so close that it's loud or busy, and lovely brunch at the Cafe next door. Very clean, great outdoor pool on the 5th floor patio, and super comfortable.

This hotel is high end, smells amazing and has Belarus’s bathrooms. Turn down service and welcome chocolates were a treat! My only complaint would be they use feather pillows which aren’t very comfortable and flatten out. Everything else was top notch including the lobby and bar area. We will definitely be back!
