Loved the place! It was our 7th time visiting Vancouver. So we've stayed at a lot of places in the past and can compare. Absolutely loved the Smithe House. Everything at the room/apartment is very well thought out, you have everything you need (*even umbrellas for the rainy Vancouver!). The staff is extremely helpful and nice, they were always available if we needed any help or support. So definitely happy with the stay 10/10.

The previous comments say it all, but I just want to confirm that this is a top-notch perfect hotel. Every single aspect of this hotel is best in class. The hotel itself is luxury at its purest, very spacious, nice bathroom, bathtub and shower, very comfortable bed. (Deluxe Room). The view at the runway is unique and super impressive. The location could not be better. Right in the center of the airport, so arriving in or departing from Vancouver could not be more comfortable nor easier. The staff was more than friendly, we received a late checkout free of charge, and everybody we encountered was more than friendly. Thank you to all the team for being so passionate about the hotel, I hardly ever experienced this consistency of kindness in a hotel which felt authentic. Flying to Vancouver next time, our first and last night will be in the Fairmont Airport Hotel, that’s for sure.

The breakfast is excellent. We enjoy very much. Due to typhoon-related flight delays, the reservation service helped with the change of stay day. When we return to Vancouver, we plan to stay at this hotel again.

Fabulous location, a short walk to the gorgeous Stanley park, and with a wide variety of places to eat nearby A local supermarket was helpful for when we wanted to eat at home . Really good facilities and helpful staff , we had a late flight so being able to store luggage after checkout was very helpful. We would definitely return here if lucky enough to visit Vancouver again .

Comfortable bed and pull out bed and the decor and ambiance was warm and cozy. Professional front desk staff who upgraded our room and helped us get to our sightseeing destination Location is just a few minutes walk from the train station even if you have luggage it is still easy and convenient. Bus terminals are nearby and Uber/lyft is easy to use as well. Heaps of shops, cafes and restaurants around the area.

The staff where excellent , the location was amazing. My son loved the swimming pool facilities. Breakfast was nice.
