The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The room was large and gave us the extra facilities for eating in. The view from the queen suite was wonderful. Several restaurants, bars, coffees, 7-11 around which made it really great.

The breakfast is excellent. We enjoy very much. Due to typhoon-related flight delays, the reservation service helped with the change of stay day. When we return to Vancouver, we plan to stay at this hotel again.

Comfortable bed and pull out bed and the decor and ambiance was warm and cozy. Professional front desk staff who upgraded our room and helped us get to our sightseeing destination Location is just a few minutes walk from the train station even if you have luggage it is still easy and convenient. Bus terminals are nearby and Uber/lyft is easy to use as well. Heaps of shops, cafes and restaurants around the area.

I loved the hotel, when you walk in it smells so good, the staff are exceptional. Every time we needed anything they were so helpful. I loved the workout room the steam room jacuzzi so wait, and the bikes. The bikes were set up for us, we could take them all day, they had bike helmets, as well as backpacks, and water. We had a wonderful time.
