The hotel was in the heart of downtown Victoria and yet was very quiet. Staff were consistently very pleasant and polite. We only stayed one night, but were able to store our luggage at the hotel after checkout. This allowed us the freedom to tour around the city easily before gathering our bags at the end of our journey.

-Location was great. -About breakfast: Every day, there was a different protein option, and the breakfast it self was perfect. -Everything was always clean. -Staff was very nice, specially people in charged of cleaning, they were silence and very efficient. - There was 24/7 hot tea and coffee available. - the front desk really worked! During our last night we had some loud neighbors, I called the front desk complaining about them, and the person actually did something, because our neighbors were quiet after that.
