Excellent location, wonderful service and a large room with full amenities. We had a one bedroom suite, wonderfully spacious and well kept. A large balcony overlooking a street and trees etc. Quiet enough to keep the window open at night. A fully equipped kitchen with a great coffee machine too... The staff were polite and very attentive and made us feel right at home. Had dinner one evening at the restaurant and it was also very good. A great place to stay in Victoria.

Spacious room, well furnished, with a seating area. Plenty of space, and room for clothes. Nice large windows. Coffee, tea and hot cider available most of the day. Excellent location. A very short walk to the harbor, in one direction, and a multitude of restaurants in the other direction.

Great location, by the port, right next to the Parliament building. I don’t know if all rooms are the same but ours was enormous, with a separate seating and dining area and kitchenette and two balconies. Really loved the space. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Outside of Beacon Hill Park, this all-suite hotel in Victoria city centre offers spacious accommodations with free WiFi. Dallas Road is 15 minutes' walk away.

great location near where the bus stopped from Vancouver Ferry. Husband on crutches. Reception Manager a Gem! Nothing was too much trouble! Really appreciated the happy, friendly quests too. Home away from home.

As a tourist, the location is in the middle of town is what we were looking for. I am in the building business, so I appreciate the attention to detail, the heated tile floor in the bathroom was unexpected, the espresso machine is great, the room is small but very clean, loved the mattress and sheets,

Location is perfect. Hotel is spotless. Suite was wonderful for 3 adults. Breakfast on 18th floor was good and amazing views. Comfortable beds and no noise.
