Great hotel. It's not cheap, but for Geneva standards is acceptable, especially considering the quality offered. Rooms are great, bar and restaurant are very nice. Breakfast is very good. Staff is all incredibly friendly and helpful. Always with a smile on their face to receive us. Location is the best you can get in a Geneva. It's fancy but not too much. Above all, it's comfortable, and you feel very good here. In conclusion, if you can pay some extra money above a poor quality hotel, I would recommend you experience Bristol. It's been a while since I felt so welcome in a hotel, and I am thankful for that.

Excellent location. Transport is near the hotel (Servette station). A supermarket is on the ground floor of the hotel (Migros). McDonald's is on the corner of the hotel. Restaurants are very close. The train station has 3 tram stops, and the old town has 4 tram stops (no. 14 and no. 18). The United Nations, International Red Cross, International Conference Center, International Labor Organization, and UNHCR are at 3 bus stops (no. 11), all 1.4-17 km from the hotel. The airport is 4.2 km from the hotel. The hotel is designed for the 21st century. Telephone technology for access and facilities in the hotel. A big plus for the common area on the 9th floor. The property offers non-stop coffee (f.f..good), tea, hot chocolate, fresh fruit, and biscuits. And for smokers, a specially arranged terrace is on the 9th floor! The young staff were professional, friendly and very helful. The layout of the room with the mini kitchen makes it like a cosy home from home and the comunal space downstairs to use also as work space is excellent

Its location right next to Gare Cornavin, and within a 7 min walk from the Geneva Bus Station makes it a perfect location. I was able to get to most of the sites I wanted to see in Geneva within a 30 min public transit ride. As a very big bonus, the hotel also gave me a Geneva transport card to use during my my stay, so I never had to worry about the logistics of buying tickets for my travels around the city. The transport card was apparently valid for the water buses across the lake too, which I wanted to experience but I missed out on them as I misinterpreted their winter operating times. Due to its location, I also had the luxury of popping back into my room to eat, charge my phone, or to pick up and drop off stuff as I visited the city's sights!

The non-smoking Hôtel Les Arcades is located in the centre of Geneva, opposite the Cornavin Train Station.

- Amazing location next to the train station (just across the street) and the city centre, everything in walking distance, or can take the public transport (card provided).
