So far this is the only hotel with room that look better in real life than in pictures! The family room is super spacious with separate living room and room. The living room can fit 2 cots for babies/toddlers. Super clean and new as well. Shower is strong and good. The staffs are extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast is good variety to start the day. Water is provided daily as well.

everything. seriously the best service I have encountered in ages at any hotel. I considered whether to splurge on this property or stay somewhere less elegant. But I am so glad I booked this hotel - it has old world style with very modern attitude and service. Front desk and concierge were all awesome, as was restaurant and spa staff . they even put dog bowls and a little bed in the room for my pup! make sure to ask for a room with a balcony if you can 😍

Everything was amazing. Beautifully decorated for Christmas (truly magical), clean, amazing, top notch and helpful staff. Food was delicious in all of the restaurants (we tried them all). And also it’s very important to mention it was family friendly and kids were treat with respect and not like they are burden

The property was spacious, surrounded by windows, allowing ample natural light to flood in. Every room had overhead lighting, something that is lacking in many rentals. The terrace, with canopy, table & chairs, gave wonderful views to mountains and Lake Geneva. We loved having both washer AND dryer! The transit stop right in front of the building was very handy for going to the train station, Cathedral Notre Dame and Old Town. Our host, Jorge, was very quick to respond to enquiries. We had a few issues and his concern and readiness to help made our stay memorable. Thank you, Jorge!
